Location

The Surplus Party takes place in the Mehrzweckhalle (multipurpose hall) at 4800 Zofingen (JN37XG) statt. The hall is located on the campus of the Bildungszentrum Zofingen (Zofingen education center).

Traveling by car

From Bern, Basel and Zurich, leave the A1 motorway at Oftringen (Exit no. 48) an drive towards Zofingen. After 200m, take the first exit at the roundabout an follow the signs.

From Lucerne, leave the A2 motorway at Reiden (Exit no. 18) an drive towards Zofingen. In Zofingen, follow the signs.

A total of around 1,000 parking spaces are available for the Surplus Party. The parking spaces directly at the hall are reserved for exhibitors. Access is only possible with a "Surplus Party" parking pass. These parking spaces are also subject to a fee (Saturday until 12:00 pm). The parking pass only allows entry directly in front of the hall but does not replace the necessary parking ticket.

The parking lot at "Landi" must not be used by visitors of the Surplus Party. Likewise, parking on grasslands or in unmarked areas is not permitted by the police.

Marked parking spaces are available in front of the hall for visitors with disabilities. There are also reserved spaces for short-term loading and unloading.

Traveling by train

Zofingen is located on the SBB (swiss federal railways) line 501 Olten - Lucerne and is a stop for most express trains. Upon arrival in Zofingen, walk along the railway line in a southerly direction. Pass the bus terminals, go under the railway line to the right (west), and then continue straight ahead until you reach the Mehrzweckhalle (a 10-minute walk).
